Meeting Rooms

The Antigo Public Library is pleased to offer spaces where groups large and small can meet. Effective August 2024 we have a new policy for our facility use that includes after-hours usage and changes to the way rooms are reserved. Please read our updated policy and contact email with any questions you might have.

1- Large Meeting Room

  • Chairs
  • Tables
  • Two large screens for projection computer content onto.
  • Groups up to 99
  • Reservations required.
  • All patrons and groups using the room must have completed room reservation paperwork on file.
  • Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. Paperwork must be re-submitted every 6 months.

1- Private Study Room

  • Seating for 4
  • Small Table
  • Electrical outlets
  • Can be reserved. Also available first come, first served if the room is not in use.
  • All patrons and groups using the room must have completed room reservation paperwork on file.
  • Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. Paperwork must be re-submitted every 6 months.
