Fun With Books


The Site: Arthur and all the characters have web pages of their own, featuring games and activites.

The Books: Marc Brown's Arthur books come in several different styles like board books, early readers, and chapter stories. Arthur, D.W., and all their friends are like a second family!

Berenstain Bears

The Site: In Berenstain Bear Country, you can move right in with the residents, and visit the post office, the school, go shopping, and attend the theater. They're waiting for you!

The Books: Stan and Jan launched their first Berenstain Bears book in 1951. Any series of books that has grown and remained this popular for nearly 60 years must touch us somewhere deep inside.

Fun with Spot

The Site: Travel with Spot as he visits the barn, beach and park, and has a party. Some animated books as well.

The Books: Eric Hill's Spot books specialize in early reading skills with simple but attractive stories about this very cute puppy.

Curious George

The Site: There are online games, and others activities and games you can print and enjoy.

The Books: George's curiosity is NEVER satisfied. As soon as the man in the yellow hat leaves, George is off on another adventure!

Preschool Playground

The Site: Play games of exploration, listening, and counting, plus meet some storybook favorites like Clifford and find crafts to create.

The Books: This site features several popular series like Clifford, Maya and Miguel, and Magic School Bus.

The Site: This Disney site has games, activities, music, and stories.

The Books: Created by A. A. Milne, Winnie the Pooh and his friends Eoyore and Piglet are featured in more than 100 books still in print.
